Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – rolled oats (grind as fine powder)
• 1/2 tsp – Ajwain seeds
• 1 tbsp – Dry Mint leaves
• Salt
• 1/2 cup – Silken Tofu
• Oil of cooking

Method:

  1. Blend the silken tofu with warm water as fine puree.
  2. Make a soft dough with wheat flour, oats flour, ajwain seeds, dry mint leaves, salt and silken tofu puree and keep aside for half an hour.
  3. Make 8-10 medium sized balls from the dough, dust the dough balls with flour and roll as flat round discs with a rolling pin.
  4. Heat a few drops of oil and place the flattened paratha.
  5. Cook on both sides until they turn golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with any side dish.
