
Ingredients:
• 1- Banana leaf (tender the leaf by heating on fire)
• 250 g – mua maas (fish)
• 10-15 – colocasia leaves
• 1 – Tomato
• a few Green chillies
• 12-15 – Garlic Cloves (mashed)
• 3 tbsp – Mustard oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and cut the colocasia leaves along with the stems into small pieces.
- Mix the fish, colocasia, tomato, garlic, chillies, 1 tbsp of mustard oil and salt.
- Wrap in the banana leaf and tie with a strong string.
- Put on a tava. Cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 30-45 minutes (reverse the banana leaf wrap in between).
- Pour the ingredients of the wrap into a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of mustard oil and mix well.
