Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg – Prawns
• 2 – Onions (chopped)
• 2 – Green chillies (slit)
• 1 – Tomato (chopped)
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt
• 1 tsp – pepper
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• Curry leaves & Coriander leaves, a few
• 2 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Clean and wash prawns.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai and saute onion.
  3. When it turns brown, add ginger-garlic paste and chillies.
  4. Add tomatoes and the powders.
  5. Stir till the tomatoes are cooked.
  6. Add vinegar, prawns, and salt.
  7. Cook till done.
  8. Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
