
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Beef
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – fennel
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• salt to taste
• Oil – enough for frying
Method:
- Clean and wash the beef and place it in a pressure cooker.
- Paste the powders, fennel and garlic. Mix with the beef. Add enough water, salt and cook.
- Open the lid and if excess water is left, cook till it evaporates.
- Remove it in a wok and fry continuously, adding enough oil till it clears out.
- Garnish with chopped fried coconut.
