Ingredients:

• 250 g – Beef
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – fennel
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• salt to taste
• Oil – enough for frying

Method:

  1. Clean and wash the beef and place it in a pressure cooker.
  2. Paste the powders, fennel and garlic. Mix with the beef. Add enough water, salt and cook.
  3. Open the lid and if excess water is left, cook till it evaporates.
  4. Remove it in a wok and fry continuously, adding enough oil till it clears out.
  5. Garnish with chopped fried coconut.
