Ingredients:
• Boneless Mutton – 500 g.
• 3/4 cup – beaten curd.
• Chilli powder – 1 tbsp.
• Turmeric – 1/4 tbsp.
• Khus Khus – 2 tbsp.
• Badam (almond) – 10.
• Garam Masala – 2 tbsp.
• Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tbsps.
• Onions – 2 (fried).
• Dhania powder – 2 tbsp.
• oil or Ghee – 4 tbsp.
• Coriander and Mint leaves – a little.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- To mutton, apply ginger-garlic paste, curd, salt and keep aside.
- Lightly roast and powder the khus khus and badam.
- Heat ghee, fry onions, then remove half of it and keep aside for garnishing.
- To the remaining half of the fried onions, add the mixed mutton, chilli, turmeric and fry till dry.
- Add the powdered masala and garam masala and fry for a bit.
- Then add 2 cups of water and cook till the mutton is tender.
- Finally, sprinkle the remaining fried onions and chopped coriander and mint.
- Serve hot with rice and dal.
