
Ingredients:
• 100 g – Small Onions
• 30 g – Red Chillies
• Salt – 1/2 tsp
• Mustard – 1/2 tsp
• Urad Dal – 1/2 tsp
• Curry leaves – a few
• Oil – for seasoning
Method:
- Grind small onions and red chillies with salt into a fine paste.
- Season the ground mixture with mustard, urad dal and curry leaves.
