
Ingredients:
• 2 – big Tomatoes
• 2 – big Onions
• 2 – Green chillies
• Coriander leaves, a little
• 2 tsp – besan or gram flour
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Chop onion, tomatoes and green chillies. Cook the above for 5 mins.
- Add turmeric powder, salt and allow to boil on a medium flame for 5 mins.
- Add some water to the besan and pour it into the gravy.
- Simmer for 5 mins till the gravy is thick.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with dosa and rotis.
