Ingredients:

• 6 – eggs
• 360 gm – Sugar
• 360 gm – Flour
• 225 gm – Butter
• 3/4 tsp – Baking powder
• Few drops – Vanilla essence
• 4 tsp -Cocoa powder

Method:

  1. Add baking powder to flour and sieve thrice.
  2. Beat sugar and butter till light and fluffy in one direction.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat egg then mix it with the flour by the cut and fold method.
  4. Divide the mixture into two equal parts,.
  5. To one part add cocoa and chocolate, and to other part add vanilla essence.
  6. Prepare a cake tin and alternatively pour 1 tbsp of cocoa mixture and vanilla mixture.
  7. Bake it in the pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes at 150 degree C.
  8. Check with a knife inserted in the centre.
