
Ingredients:
• 4 cups – Rice flour
• 1 cup – Urad Dal
• 10-15 sesame seeds
• Salt – to taste
• 4 tsp – Melted Butter
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Press through a murukku press into hot oil.
- When it becomes golden colour, flip it around.
- When the other side turns golden too, remove, drain and store in airtight container.
