Ingredients:
• Fenugreek seeds – 2 tbsp
• Urud dhal – 2 tbsp
• Red Chilli – 3 or 4 pieces
• Grated Coconut – 5 to 6 tbsp
• Curd – 2 cups
•
Method:
- First fry all the ingredients except curd in little oil and make a powder.
- Fry the vegetable in little oil until it becomes soft.
- Add curd and salt. Allow it to boil for few seconds.
- Add the ground ingredients immediately and allow it to boil well.
- Add the seasoning to the kuzhambu.
- It goes well with rice and pappad.
