Ingredients:

• 1 cup – fried khari or salt less bundi
• 2 cups – curds
• For Masala:
• 1 tsp – roasted Cumin seed powder
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak the bundi in warm water for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Lightly press the bundi to remove the water.
  3. Add the softened bundi to the beaten curd.
  4. Add all the masalas. Mix well.
  5. Chill and serve.
