Ingredients:

• 500 g – Maida
• 500 g – Sugar
• 500 g – Dalda or Ghee
• 1.5 tsp – baking powder
• 1 pinch – Salt
• Elaichi powder – to taste

Method:

  1. Mix sugar and ghee, then add maida, elaichi powder, baking powder and salt and mix it well.
  2. Make small balls and press by hand.
  3. Microwave balls for 20 minutes on high.
