
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Cream (malai)
• 200 g – Sugar
• 150 g – atta (wheat flour)
• 400 ml – water
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom (elaichi) powder
• 2 tbsp – dry fruits, chopped
Method:
- Make sugar syrup with sugar and water.
- Heat malai and let it melt.
- Keep stirring malai for 5 minutes.
- Now add atta a little at a time.
- Go on stirring till it stops sticking to the sides of the pan.
- Let it cook till it becomes a little brown.
- Do not stop stirring.
- Now add boiling syrup and cook till ghee separates.
- Shift to a bowl and decorate with dry fruit and cardamom powder.
