Ingredients:

• 5 cups – Coconut Milk
• 1 cup – boiled Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Rice
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 5 – Pistachios crushed coarsely
• 10 – Almonds crushed coarsely

Method:

  1. Boil the coconut milk, add rice and cook thoroughly.
  2. Add milk and cook until the mixture thickens and turns semi-solid.
  3. Add sugar and the remaining ingredients
  4. Serve hot.
