
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – beans, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 2 tbsp – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tomato, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp – green chillies, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – coconut, grated
• 4 tbsp – oil
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the curry leaves and beans and stir fry for a minute.
- Now add the spices, green chillies and salt.
- Cover and cook till the beans are soft.
- Add the tomatoes and grated coconut to the beans. Saute for 5 mins.
- Remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
