
Ingredients:
• About 4 cups of Broccoli florets, finely chopped
• 1 medium-sized potato, boiled and mashed
• Finely chopped Green chillies to taste
• 2 tbsp chaat masala
• 2 tsp Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• Few chopped golden Raisins
• Chopped coriander
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Put the chopped broccoli florets in a plastic bag and microwave for 10 minutes.
- When it cools down a little, add mashed potato, bread crumbs, salt, green chillies, coriander, garam masala, raisins, chaat masala, and mix into a dough.
- Shape them into tikkis about ½-inch thick.
- Shallow fry in a hot pan until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with tomato ketchup and tamarind chutney.
