Ingredients:
• 2- Big Carrots
• 2- medium sized Lemon
• Gingili (Till) oil
• 1 tsp – Hing Powder
• 1.5 tsp – Methi Powder
• 2 tbsp – Red Chilli powder (Increase or decrease according to individual needs)
• Salt
Method:
- Peel and cut the carrots into small cubes.
- Heat about two tbsps oil
- Add mustard when it splutters and the hing and methi powders.
- Add the cubed carrots.
- Switch off the stove. Add salt and chilli powder.
- Finally squeeze lemon juice and mix. The amount of lemon juice added can be increased according to your taste.
