Ingredients:

• For marinade:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken breast, cut into cubes
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – kasuri Methi powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Lime juice
• 1 cup – Curd
• Oil
• Salt
• Vegetables for marination:
• 1 – onion, diced
• 1 – tomato, diced
• 1 -capsicum, de-seeded and diced

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients needed for the marinade together into a smooth paste.
  2. Marinate chicken with half of the marinade and the vegetables with the remaining half for 3-4 hours.
  3. Skewer the vegetables and chicken in a wooden skewer alternatively and grill. Serve hot with mint chutney.
