Ingredients:
• 100 g – Paneer
• 1 – medium-sized green Capsicum (Diced)
• 1 – medium-sized Onion (Diced)
• 1 – green chilli, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – ginger, grated
• 2 tsps – Green chilli sauce
• 3 tbsps – Tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp – Red Chilli sauce
• 2 tsps – soya sauce
• Black pepper powder to taste
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• Cornflour for coating
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Chop the paneer into big cubes and toss into corn flour.
- Heat the oil and deep fry the paneer cubes till lightly golden.
- Now soak these golden cubes in water till required to keep it soft. It helps the
- Heat enough oil in a pan and saute ginger and green chilli.
- Add onion and capsicum. Cook till soft.
- Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.
- Combine all sauces together in one bowl and mix with 1/2 cup of water.
- Add sauces mixture into pan and mix well.
- Now cook till it thickens and add paneer.
- Mix well.
- Serve with naan or tandoori roti.
