Ingredients:

• 100 g – Paneer
• 1 – medium-sized green Capsicum (Diced)
• 1 – medium-sized Onion (Diced)
• 1 – green chilli, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – ginger, grated
• 2 tsps – Green chilli sauce
• 3 tbsps – Tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp – Red Chilli sauce
• 2 tsps – soya sauce
• Black pepper powder to taste
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• Cornflour for coating
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Chop the paneer into big cubes and toss into corn flour.
  2. Heat the oil and deep fry the paneer cubes till lightly golden.
  3. Now soak these golden cubes in water till required to keep it soft. It helps the
  4. Heat enough oil in a pan and saute ginger and green chilli.
  5. Add onion and capsicum. Cook till soft.
  6. Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.
  7. Combine all sauces together in one bowl and mix with 1/2 cup of water.
  8. Add sauces mixture into pan and mix well.
  9. Now cook till it thickens and add paneer.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Serve with naan or tandoori roti.
