Ingredients:
• 6 – Mini Wheat buns
• 2 tbsp – Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp – Capsicum
• 2 tbsp – Cabbage
• 1/2 tsp – Finely chopped Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – Cheese spread (any flavor)
• 1 tsp – Butter
• 2 tbsp – Grated cheese
• 2 – Cheese slices
• 1/2 tsp – Mixed herbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Cut mini buns in half (horizontally).
- Mix all ingredients except cheese slices.
- Apply mixture on buns.
- Cut strips of cheese slices and arrange them on the buns.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 mins.
- Serve hot.
