Ingredients:

• 8 tbsp drinking chocolate
• 2 cups water
• 4 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp Corn flour
• 10 tbsp Sugar

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a pan and keep stirring, till it boils and the sauce coats the back of the spoon
  2. Cool and store in the refrigerator
  3. Serve hot with vanilla ice-cream or chocolate brownies garnished with chopped cashew nuts
