Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Urad Dal flour
• 1/2 cup – Besan
• 1/4 cup – Choli flour
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• Salt to taste
• Lukewarm water, as required
• Oil
• 1 tsp – cooking soda
• Red Chilli powder – to taste
• Black salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Boil 1/2 cup of water and add oil, salt and soda into it.
  2. Take the flours in a bowl, and when water gets warm, slowly add to the flour and knead into dough.
  3. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Make small balls with the dough and roll out into very thin rotis.
  5. Cut them into thin strips. Deep Fried in oil on medium flame.
  6. Sprinkle red chilli powder and black salt on it. Store it in an airtight container.
  7. Serve it with mint chutney.
