Ingredients:

• 1 cup – rava
• 1 cup – coconut, grated
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – Ghee
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 15-20 – Raisin
• 10-15 – cashew (optional)
• 8-10 – almonds, sliced
• 2 cups – warm Milk

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the grated coconut and sugar and keep it aside.
  2. In a non-stick kadai, pour the ghee and roast rawa on medium flame till golden brown.
  3. Then, add the coconut sugar mixture to it and mix well.
  4. Keep stirring continuously for 5 mins.
  5. Then add the warm milk, cardamom powder, and all the nuts.
  6. Mix them all well till they are almost dry.
  7. Garnish with some cashews and almond slivers.
