Ingredients:

• 225 g – Refined flour
• 15 g – fat
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1.25 tsp – Dry yeast
• Little – lukewarm water

Method:

  1. Mix yeast in a little lukewarm water and keep aside.
  2. Use the remaining lukewarm water to dissolve sugar and salt.
  3. Sieve the flour and mix with the sugar-salt solution. Add yeast ferment and mix into a soft dough.
  4. Knead in fat and the divide the dough into 15 equal portions.
  5. Make round balls and shape them into desired shapes.
  6. Place on greased baking sheets and leave in a warm place with a wet cloth wrapped over it.
  7. After 45 minutes, brush water on the rolls and bake at 230 degree C for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. Remove and brush with melted fat/butter
