Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – coriander
• 2 tbsp – chutney dal
• 4 – 5 Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Mustard Seeds
• Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – urad dhal
• Garlic pods – 7 or 8
Method:
- Wash and chop coriander.
- Grind chutney dal, coriander seeds and cumin seeds into fine powder. Add the coriander and green chillies.
- Grind this mixture for about a minute without water.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and urad dal.
- Add garlic and fry until urad dal turns light brown.
- Add the mixture of coriander and green chillies to the oil and mix. Add salt
- Fry the mixture for about 3 to 4 minutes until dry.
