Ingredients:

• 250 g – Paneer
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 tsp – Garlic – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp -garam masala
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tbsp – fresh Cream
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 cup – coriander leaves.

Method:

  1. Grate the fresh paneer
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onion, saute for a while
  3. Add tomato pieces, all the spices and salt. Saute
  4. When the mixture is cooked, add the grated paneer. Mix well and cook for another 2 mins
  5. Add water, cook for 2 mins, add cream and coriander leaves
  6. Serve hot with rice or rotis
