Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Basmati Rice
• 1 lb – Frozen mixed Vegetables (defrost them)
• 1tsp – Ginger-Garlic paste
• 3 tbsp – Coriander powder
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Heat little oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
  2. To it, add mixed vegetables, coriander power, garam masala powder and fresh coriander leaves and fry for 2 mins.
  3. Wash the rice, add to the vegetable mixture and fry for a minute.
  4. Put the entire mixture in a vessel.
  5. Add 2 glasses of water to it and cook it in the electric cooker till all the water is absorbed.
  6. Serve with raitha.
