
Ingredients:
• 4-5 eggs
• 1 large Potato
• 4 medium Onion (2 chopped and 2 ground)
• 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 2 chopped Green chillies
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
• whole Garam Masala (1 stick cinnamon, 2 cardamoms, 2 cloves) to be ground
• salt and Turmeric to taste
• 2-3 Bay Leaves
• 50g oil
Method:
- Break the eggs and mix them with chopped onions, a pinch of salt and 2 chopped green chillies.
- Cut the potato into pieces and soak it in water.
- Make small omelettes and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in kadai and fry the potatoes pieces.
- Put the bay leaves along with masala, except garam masala, and fry it till it leaves oil.
- Add salt to taste, 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp chilli powder.
- Add 1 cup warm water in it.
- After the potatoes are cooked, add in the omelettes and 1/2 cup of warm water.
- Keep it on low flame, add garam masala and simmer for sometime.
- Serve it with rice.
