
Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – Cauliflower (cut into big flowerets)
• 3 – capsicums, (cut into 1/8ths)
• 2 – Potatoes (cut into small cubes)
• 1 – Onion (chopped finely)
• 1 tbsp – tur dal
• 2 tbsp – grated Coconut
• 1/2 inch – Ginger piece
• 4 -green chillies
• 1 tbsp -oil
• coriander leaves, finely chopped
• salt to taste
Method:
- Fry the onions in oil till they change colour.
- Boil all the chopped vegetables and the fried onions in 2 cups of water.
- When the vegetables are almost done, add salt.
- Grind tur dal, coconut, ginger, and green chillies with a little water and add to the boiled vegetables.
- Cook on low flame for 7 minutes, stirring from time to time.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapatis, puris, or rice.
