
Ingredients:
• 4 – Egg (separate Egg yolk and white)
• 1 litre – Milk
• 1 cup – Sugar
• Cardamom – 2
Method:
- Take a non-stick deep casserole and boil and simmer milk to 3/4 of the quantity
- While the milk boils, beat the egg white till frothy
- When it has reached to 3/4 of the quantity, add sugar and cardamom
- Take a tbsp of egg white froth and pour it to the boiling milk and repeat this till the white froth blends into the milk
- Now beat the egg yolk slightly and pour into the milk. This helps to thicken the milk.
- Cook for 5 more mins and then cool
- Keep it in the fridge before serving
