Ingredients:

• 4 – Egg (separate Egg yolk and white)
• 1 litre – Milk
• 1 cup – Sugar
• Cardamom – 2

Method:

  1. Take a non-stick deep casserole and boil and simmer milk to 3/4 of the quantity
  2. While the milk boils, beat the egg white till frothy
  3. When it has reached to 3/4 of the quantity, add sugar and cardamom
  4. Take a tbsp of egg white froth and pour it to the boiling milk and repeat this till the white froth blends into the milk
  5. Now beat the egg yolk slightly and pour into the milk. This helps to thicken the milk.
  6. Cook for 5 more mins and then cool
  7. Keep it in the fridge before serving
