Ingredients:
• 3 – eggs
• 1 cup – mawa
• 1 tbsp – pure Ghee
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – dry fruits
• 1 tsp – ground green Cardamom
• 1/2 cup – fresh Milk
Method:
- Mix the eggs, mawa, sugar and milk together until the sugar dissolves. Put a heavy bottom pan on fire and melt the ghee
- Pour the egg mixture in it. Stir continuously till the eggs are cooked. Fry till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Remove from fire, mix the dry-fruits and cardamom-powder
