Ingredients:

• eggs – 3
• Onion, finely chopped – 1/4 cup
• Tomato, finely chopped – 1
• Ginger Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala powder – 1/4 tsp
• Oil – 3 tbsp
• Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
• Green chillies -2
• Coconut, grated – 5 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a pan, add oil and then ginger garlic paste, onion and tomato and fry well
  2. Add chilli powder, green chillies, garam masala powder, salt and grated coconut
  3. Then add 1 cup of water and boil for 5 mins
  4. Break the eggs, pour directly into the gravy and close the pan with the lid
  5. After egg is cooked, remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
