Ingredients:
• Garlic – 6-7 flakes
• Chillies- 8-10
• Vinegar – 2-3 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Corn flour- 1 tbsp.
Method:
- Chop the green chillies and add salt and vinegar. Marinate for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile in a pan stir, dry roast corn flour for a minute. Then grind it finely.
- Now grind the chillies. Mix with the ground corn flour.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the mixture, until it boils.
- Simmer until thick, stirring occasionally.
- Preserve in sterile bottles.
