
Ingredients:
• 250 g – green gram
• 50 g – grated Cabbage
• 50 g – shredded Carrot
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tbsp – chaat masala
• 2 tbsp – besan
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Grind the green gram, cabbage and carrot in the mixer.
- Add chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves to the mixture. Mix well.
- Add the salt, chaat masala and besan. Make a tight pasty dough.
- Shape small balls from the mixture and deep fry.
