Ingredients:
• 8 – slices bread (preferably round)
• 1 can – Tuna
• 1 – onion, sliced
• 1/4 cup – Celery
• Salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper powder
• 4 – Cheese slices
Method:
- Drain the tuna and chop into pieces.
- In a bowl, add tuna pieces, salt, pepper and celery. Mix well.
- Make 4 parts of it.
- Top it with onion slices.
- Spread 1 part of tuna mixture evenly on 4 bread slices.
- Place the cheese slice over it and cover with other slice.
- Apply butter on the top of the slice.
- Grill the sandwich in griller till golden brown.
- Serve with tomato sauce and wafers.
