Ingredients:

• 8 – slices bread (preferably round)
• 1 can – Tuna
• 1 – onion, sliced
• 1/4 cup – Celery
• Salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper powder
• 4 – Cheese slices

Method:

  1. Drain the tuna and chop into pieces.
  2. In a bowl, add tuna pieces, salt, pepper and celery. Mix well.
  3. Make 4 parts of it.
  4. Top it with onion slices.
  5. Spread 1 part of tuna mixture evenly on 4 bread slices.
  6. Place the cheese slice over it and cover with other slice.
  7. Apply butter on the top of the slice.
  8. Grill the sandwich in griller till golden brown.
  9. Serve with tomato sauce and wafers.
