Ingredients:
• 1 cup – boiled shredded Chicken
• 12 slices – fried bread
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Chicken stock
• 2 tbsp – flour
• 1/2 cup – Cream
• 1/2 cup – tinned Mushrooms
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• chilli powder
• pepper
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix milk, stock and flour to form a smooth paste.
- Melt the butter, fry chicken till it turns slightly brown, and add the paste.
- Mix and stir till it becomes smooth and thick.
- Add in cream and mushrooms, cook on a low fire till it gets properly blended.
- Remove it from the fire, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay fried bread in a serving dish and spread the filling on top.
- Sprinkle it with cheese and chilly powder.
- Serve immediately.
