Ingredients:
• 500 g – Spinach
• 3 – 4 – Red Chillies
• 2 pinches – Hing
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Salt as per your taste
• 2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tbsp – Coconut oil
Method:
- Wash the spinach and boil it until tender and cooked well.
- Drain the excess water from the boiled spinach and allow it to cool for a few minutes
- Beat the spinach in a mixie until it is smashed nicely and keep it aside
- Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds. Allow it to splutter.
- Add the red chillies, urad dal, coriander powder, hing, etc to the oil.
- Add the smashed spinach to the above mixture and simmer for 1 min.
- Add salt as per your taste and mix well.
