Ingredients:
• 1/2 lt – Freshly brewed coffee
• 5 tbsp – Whipped Cream
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 150 gms – Red cocktail Cherries
• 200 ml – Single Cream
Method:
- Strain the cherries and combine with the single cream and sugar in a processor.
- Add the coffee and blend well.
- Pour into large mugs and top with chipped cream.
