Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Kiwi chunks
• 3 tbsp – Double Cream or fat free Cream
• Agave syrup or Sugar as needed

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients into a thick puree.
  2. Pour this puree in popsicle moulds, kulfi moulds or plastic cups and place them in the freezer.
  3. When the pops get partially firm, insert a popsicle stick in the middle and return to freezer until they are completely frozen.
  4. Run warm water over the moulds to remove the pops and serve immediately.
