Ingredients:
• 1 cup – rava
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 1 tbsp – Cardamom
• 1 cup – Coconut flakes
• 1 tbsp – Saffron
Method:
- Take the ghee in a deep saucepan and heat it.
- Add rava and cook on low heat. Stir continuously.
- When the rava turns light brown, add the sugar. Stir for 3-4 minutes.
- Keep this aside and let it cool down for some time.
- Add cardamom powder, coconut flakes and saffron.
- Add half the quantity of milk. Mix well.
- Wet your hand with the milk and shape the mixture into ladoos.
