Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice
• 1 – Onion
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• 1/2 cup – tindora (tendli)
• 1 – Potato
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Dry masala:
• 3 tbsp – dry grated Coconut
• 1 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• 1 tbsp – Jeera
• 5 flakes – Garlic
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1 – small piece of Ginger
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – galdi powder
• 1.5 tsp – goda masala
Method:
- Grind the dry masala and keep aside.
- Heat oil and add 2 bay leaves.
- Then add onion and fry till light brown.
- Add rice, peas, tendli, potato and fry for a minute.
- Add the ground masala. Stir.
- Add 2 cups hot water and cook till rice is done.
