Ingredients:
• 250 gms. boneless Chicken
• 1 tbsp. fresh natural Yoghurt
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. grated cheese
• 1 tsp. Garam Masala
• 1 tsp. Red Chilli powder
• ½ tsp. Saffron
• 2 Egg yolks
• 1 tsp. oil
Method:
- Mix together the yoghurt, salt, cheese, garam masala, red chilli and saffron.
- Cut the chicken into cubes and marinade the chicken in the mixture for 24 hours.
- Put the chicken on wooden skewers and barbeque until nearly cooked.
- Baste with beaten egg yolks and return to the barbeque until cooked.
- Serve on a bed of freshly chopped onions garnished with coriander.
