Ingredients:

• 250 gms. boneless Chicken
• 1 tbsp. fresh natural Yoghurt
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. grated cheese
• 1 tsp. Garam Masala
• 1 tsp. Red Chilli powder
• ½ tsp. Saffron
• 2 Egg yolks
• 1 tsp. oil

Method:

  1. Mix together the yoghurt, salt, cheese, garam masala, red chilli and saffron.
  2. Cut the chicken into cubes and marinade the chicken in the mixture for 24 hours.
  3. Put the chicken on wooden skewers and barbeque until nearly cooked.
  4. Baste with beaten egg yolks and return to the barbeque until cooked.
  5. Serve on a bed of freshly chopped onions garnished with coriander.
