Ingredients:
• 1 – medium muskmelon, ripe but firm
• 1/4 tsp – carom seeds
• 1 tbsp – white Vinegar
• 3 to 4 – Basil leaves, finely chopped
• 1/2 – small Green chilli
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – sugar, powdered
Method:
- Peel, deseed and chop the muskmelon into pieces.
- Finely chop basil leaves, chillies and add to the melon.
- Mix all the other ingredients, toss well and chill.
- Serve chilled, as an anytime filler.
