Ingredients:
• For the noodle dough:
• 1 – Egg
• 100 gms – Flour
• 2 ml – Oil
• 2 gms – Salt
• For the sauce:
• 1 tin – Tuna
• 200 gms – Tomatoes
• 115 gms – Onions
• 50 ml – Oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients.
- Make into a stiff dough.
- Roll dough as thin as possible and cut into thin strips.
- Boil water with salt and oil.
- Add noodles and cook till tender.
- For the sauce:
- Chop onions, saute in oil.
- Add blanched and concassed tomatoes and a little water.
- When tomatoes are soft, add flaked tuna, salt and pepper.
- Cook mixture to a sauce consistency and mix with noodles.
- Serve hot.
