Ingredients:

• For the noodle dough:
• 1 – Egg
• 100 gms – Flour
• 2 ml – Oil
• 2 gms – Salt
• For the sauce:
• 1 tin – Tuna
• 200 gms – Tomatoes
• 115 gms – Onions
• 50 ml – Oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Make into a stiff dough.
  3. Roll dough as thin as possible and cut into thin strips.
  4. Boil water with salt and oil.
  5. Add noodles and cook till tender.
  6. For the sauce:
  7. Chop onions, saute in oil.
  8. Add blanched and concassed tomatoes and a little water.
  9. When tomatoes are soft, add flaked tuna, salt and pepper.
  10. Cook mixture to a sauce consistency and mix with noodles.
  11. Serve hot.
