
Ingredients:
• Palak – 1 bunch
• Paneer – 1/4 kg
• Onions – 2, large
• Tomatoes – 3, large
• Oil/Ghee – 5 tbsp
• Garlic paste – 2 tsps
• Ginger paste – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder (roasted) – 3 tsps
• Big elaichi – 1
• Cinnamon – 1-inch stick
Method:
- Pressure cook the palak with 1 or 2 green chillies and puree it.
- Cut the paneer into cubes and soak it in turmeric water.
- Take a cooker and heat oil. Add both the whole spices and fry until it crackles.
- Add the finely chopped onions, the garlic-ginger paste and saute until brown.
- Now add the chilli and coriander powder and fry for 2-3 mins. And serve.
