Ingredients:
• 2 – Raw bananas (pressure cooked and smashed)
• 1 tsp – Ginger (chopped finely)
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• Few Curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/2 tsp – Fennel seeds (crushed)
• 2 – dry Red Chillies
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 cup – grated Coconut
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Heat enough oil, splutter the mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, crushed fennel seeds.
- Add immediately the chopped ginger, saute for few seconds, add immediately the smashed raw banana pieces, salt, turmeric powder, sprinkle some water and cook everything in simmer for few minutes.
- Finally add the grated coconut, pepper powder and cook for few more minutes and turn off the stove.
