Ingredients:

• 2 – Raw bananas (pressure cooked and smashed)
• 1 tsp – Ginger (chopped finely)
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• Few Curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/2 tsp – Fennel seeds (crushed)
• 2 – dry Red Chillies
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 cup – grated Coconut
• Salt
• Oil

Method:

  1. Heat enough oil, splutter the mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, crushed fennel seeds.
  2. Add immediately the chopped ginger, saute for few seconds, add immediately the smashed raw banana pieces, salt, turmeric powder, sprinkle some water and cook everything in simmer for few minutes.
  3. Finally add the grated coconut, pepper powder and cook for few more minutes and turn off the stove.
