Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – Jaggery
• 1 tbsp – grated Coconut
• Little Cardamom
• Oil – 250g

Method:

  1. Mix both flours well. Grind jaggery, coconut and cardamom well.
  2. Take the grinded mixture and mix with the flours, which was already mixed in the first step.
  3. The dough should not be liquid or thick.
  4. The mixed items should be poured on a tava similar to dosa and shallow fried with oil till both sides are done.
