Ingredients:

• 1 cup – semolina (suji)
• 1 cup – Curd
• 1 tsp – carom seeds
• salt to taste
• Cabbage (shredded), Carrots (shredded), Capsicum (diced), Onions (sliced)
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce
• 4-5 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• Lemon juice
• eno salt

Method:

  1. Mix suji and curd to make a batter.
  2. Add water so that the batter becomes a little flowy.
  3. Add salt, ajwain and eno.
  4. Grease idli stand and pour the batter to make idlis
  5. Microwave for 4 mins, remove the idlis and cut them in half
  6. In a kadhai, heat oil and add onions and other vegetables
  7. Cook for 5 mins and add sauces, lemon juice
  8. Add idlis and mix. Serve hot with green chutney.
