
Ingredients:
• 2 cans – Mushrooms
• 1 medium sized – Onion(chopped)
• Ginger/garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Coriander leaves- 1 small bunch
• Turmeric- 1/2 tbsp
• Chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
• Coriander powder- 1/2 tbsp
• Maharashtrian Black Masala (Garam Masala) – 1/2 tbsp
• Jeera- 1/4 tbsp
• 2 – Tomatoes(chopped)
• Green chillies-2 (chopped).
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the jeera, green chillies, onions until pink. Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander leaves powder and tomatoes to it.
- Fry for 1 min.
- Now add the mushrooms and salt.
- Add some water to it.
- Cook for 10 mins and sprinkle the garam masala.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
