
Ingredients:
• 8 slices – pineapple(fresh or canned).
• 2 tbsp – seedless raisins.
• 300 g – Cream cheese.
• 3 – Green chillies (finely chopped).
• 1/2 head – lettuce.
• 1 tbsp – chopped Walnuts .
Method:
- Put the raisins in hot water for a few minutes to soften them. Drain and cool.
- Beat the cheese until smooth, mix in the raisins and the chopped chilli.
- Arrange the pineapple slices on a bed of lettuce and top each slice with a spoonful of the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve.
